Sports performance program

At Q3R we train all athletes, no matter the sport, or fitness level.  Our sports performance and fitness programs combine neuromuscular and strength training principles, sport specific movements, and extensive anatomy knowledge.  Our programs promote athlete longevity, enhance proper movement, and corrects imbalances in the athletes body.  At Q3R we specialize in:

-Functional and sport specific screening 

-Expose weaknesses and imbalances through our testing and evaluation methods and strive to strengthen them.

-Working with the injured athlete to keep them motivated and maintain their conditioning throughout their healing time.

-Injury risk assessment and prevention programs

-Pre-or-post surgical rehabilitation


Each athlete starts with a thorough initial assessment and then a program is built specifically to fit the athletes unique needs.  What do we mean by that? We can give the same exercise to three different individuals and it will need to be coached three different ways from cueing to movement corrections to get the desired effect.  This is because each athlete is unique.  Here at Q3R we believe coaching is not one size fits all.  

Our sports performance program consists of exercises which improve mobility/flexibility, improve stability/strength, increase explosive power and increase core strength.

Most importantly at Q3R we consider everyone an athlete.  The famous quote by Bill Bowerman says it all, “If you have a body you are an athlete.”  We often hear I am not an “athlete” because I don’t play on a team or run marathons.  Well that is not true!  It’s not the type of activity that makes you an “athlete.”  We are all athletes in our own way.  It’s all about challenging yourself and beating your own personal records.
