 Calling all my junior athletes of all levels!

At Q3R we truly believe that through sports we can change children’s lives.  Sports can teach so many lesson’s that carry into life.  By helping to support children and build their confidence we are helping our athletes to realize their full potential!

junior Athlete Program (youth-college athletes):

The goal of our explosive athlete program is to create well rounded athletes who move properly.  We are coaching proper mechanics, muscle cueing and ultimately prepping the body for sport.

This program will start with training the nervous system.  As the program progresses we start adding rotation, working on the “braking system” (absorbing the landing) and ultimately teaching the athlete to control their body.  Once the athlete can control their body we move into the strength phase.  Finally, finishing in the power phase which works on vertical thrust, lateral power, and push/pull power.

initial screening: $85

The initial assessment involves a functional movement assessment, power testing, strength testing and cardiovascular fitness testing.

Private 1:1 junior athlete training:

Training sessions are 1 hour.
