Physical rehabilitation is done to help increase healing time but more importantly done to prevent future injuries and keep you moving functionally. Through our initial in-depth examination we see how you move, locate any compensations, come to understand why you are in pain and most importantly we discuss what your goals are. A comprehensive and personalized rehab plan is designed to fit your needs and goals. The benefits of physical rehabilitation is it helps treat pain at its source, increase flexibility in joints and muscles, improves strength and stability and promotes injury prevention.
At Q3R we use a variety of rehab techniques to help our patients. They include but are not limited to kettlebell training, JOGA, dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS) and functional range conditioning (FRC).
