JOGA is a movement system that bridges the gap between the benefits of yoga and the biomechanics of sport.  It is an athletic based style of yoga that incorporates a unique blend of postures helping to:

-increase agility

-enhances athletic performance

-improves concentration

-decreases recovery time

-ultimately transforms an athletes game

JOGA strengthens and conditions muscles to prevent soft tissue injuries or can help with recovering from injury.  This is a results based movement system with realistic benchmark postures for an athlete.

EACH SESSION IS ~60 MINUTES

1:1 session- $75

Semi Private session (2-3) people- $25 per person

Team/Group session held at Q3R (4-15 people)- $150/team. The more people you add the better the price per person!

Team/Group session held at teams facility/field: $200/team
